Moving & delivery: cargo taxi, movers, relocations

A cargo vehicle is hourly with a 2–3 hour minimum; movers are per person-hour. A one-bedroom within the city usually fits in half a day with a van and two movers.

Disassemble furniture, label boxes, stage everything by the door. The billable hours go to carrying and waiting — not kilometers.

Whatever you agreed — so agree before the start: serious movers state their liability themselves. Photograph valuables before loading and carry fragile things in your own car.

A one-room flat without large furniture — a small van (9–12 m³). Two rooms — a standard 16–20 m³ van. Three rooms with appliances — an extended van or two trips. A sofa, fridge and washer eat volume faster than boxes — count large items one by one.

Per kilometer (a fixed rate, usually accounting for the return leg) or a flat route price. Shared loads save up to 50% if your dates are flexible — carriers fill the return trip. Clarify whether loading is included and whether a mover rides along.

Oversized items need special straps, dollies and experience — regular movers shouldn't touch a piano. The rate is usually fixed per item plus floors. Call those who explicitly advertise rigging work: a few hundred hryvnias saved isn't worth a wrecked instrument or a back.
