1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email and profile photo from your sign-in provider (Google, Apple, Facebook) or the email you provide; phone if you add it.

Content: your listings (text, photos, prices, city) and chat messages.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, session cookies — for sign-in, abuse protection and statistics.

2. How we use it

Operating the service: listings, chats, account. Safety: moderation, spam and fraud protection, rate limiting. At your choice — integrations: OLX cross-posting, Google Merchant feeds, push notifications.

3. Sharing

Infrastructure providers (hosting, photo storage) — to the extent needed to run the service. Sign-in providers (Google/Apple/Facebook) — within OAuth. Cloudflare — bot protection (Turnstile). Publicly visible: listings and seller name. We do not sell personal data.

4. Storage and retention

Data is stored on servers in the EU. Account and content are kept while you use the service; after account deletion personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except data we must keep by law.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account, withdraw consents and complain to a supervisory authority (GDPR in the EU). Requests: admin@exgo.io.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: sign-in session and language preferences. No advertising trackers.
