Posting Rules and Prohibited Items

1. General principles

These Posting Rules are part of the Terms of Service. They apply to every listing, photo, video, message, review, storefront and live show on EX & GO. The Seller alone is responsible for what they publish and offer; the Platform is an intermediary and is not a party to transactions between Users.

A listing must be lawful in the country where the item is offered and in the countries where it is targeted. Where these Rules are stricter than the law, these Rules apply. If you are not sure whether an item may be sold, do not post it or ask us first at admin@exgo.io.

2. How to post

One listing — one item or service, in the right category and city. Photos must be your own and real, show the actual item and carry no third-party watermarks or contact details. The price must be the real price; “1 UAH, price in chat”, “1 €” or any other symbolic price is a violation. Contact through the Platform chat or the contact options in the listing; do not publish other people's personal data.

Duplicates are removed: the same item may not be posted twice, placed in several categories or cities, or duplicated from another account. Describe defects honestly; do not use misleading words such as “new” for used items or brand names for items that are not of that brand.

Some listings are checked automatically, borderline cases are reviewed by a person, and any decision can be appealed from your account.

3. Prohibited items and services

Weapons and their essential parts, ammunition, explosives, pyrotechnics, gas and electric-shock weapons, items designed to look like real firearms; military property and equipment not from lawful retail circulation.

Narcotic and psychotropic substances, their precursors and analogues, “legal highs”, drug paraphernalia; medicines whose sale requires a pharmacy licence and unregistered medicines, medical devices requiring a licence, doping substances.

Tobacco products, e-cigarettes, refills and nicotine liquids; alcohol; products containing CBD or other cannabinoids where not lawfully marketable.

Stolen goods, goods of unknown origin, items you have no right to sell, devices with removed or altered serial numbers or IMEI, locked or reported devices.

Counterfeits and replicas of branded goods; pirated software, films, music, games, books and accounts; keys and licences obtained unlawfully; devices and services for unlocking, card-sharing or bypassing paid content.

Identity documents (passports, ID cards, driving licences, diplomas, certificates), forged documents, licence plates, bank cards, bank and payment accounts, SIM cards registered to other persons, databases of personal data, user accounts of other services.

Protected species of animals and plants and products made from them (CITES), ivory, poached game; animals offered in breach of animal-welfare law, including puppies and kittens without required documents.

Human organs, tissues, blood and bodily fluids; dangerous chemicals, poisons, radioactive materials; pesticides not authorised in the EU; recalled or dangerous products subject to an EU or national ban.

Sexual services, escort, pornographic or sexually explicit content, erotic products; anything involving minors in a sexual context — such content is reported to the authorities.

Financial pyramids, “fast money” schemes, unlicensed financial, investment, crypto-asset, credit or insurance services, gambling and betting, lotteries without a licence; services to forge documents, write academic work for submission, evade taxes, sanctions or the law; hacking and spyware.

Items and services subject to EU, Ukrainian or other national sanctions; goods with extremist, terrorist or hateful symbols, symbols of the communist and national-socialist totalitarian regimes or of the russian aggression against Ukraine, and Content justifying or glorifying that aggression, except for lawful historical collector items where the law of the country of sale allows them and they are described as such; humanitarian aid; services for illegal border crossing or for evading military registration or mobilisation, and forged medical or military-registration documents.

4. Restricted categories

Some items may be offered only under conditions. Vehicles: state the real mileage, VIN where requested and any damage; you must be the owner or authorised. Real estate: state whether you are the owner or an agent; only real, available properties. Jobs: no discrimination by sex, age, origin, religion, disability or orientation; no fees charged to candidates; no work abroad offers without a licensed agency.

Food, cosmetics, supplements and baby products: only sealed, within their shelf life and lawfully marketable; homemade food only where national law allows it. Electronics and toys: only products that carry the required conformity marking (CE). Plants and seeds: only species allowed for trade. Pets: only by owners or registered breeders, with the documents required by law.

Tickets may be resold only at face value or where resale is lawful. Services that require a licence or professional qualification (legal, medical, construction, transport and similar) may be offered only by those who hold it.

5. Photos, texts and the rights of others

Use only photos and texts you created yourself or are entitled to use. Do not copy listings, photos or descriptions of other Sellers or shops, and do not use trademarks except to describe a genuine branded item truthfully.

Do not publish personal data of other people, images of identifiable people without their consent, licence plates, documents or addresses. Insults, hate speech, threats, violent or shocking images are not allowed in any Content.

6. Business sellers

If you sell in the course of a business — regularly, for profit, goods bought for resale or made for sale — you must mark your account as a business and provide your trader information. Your Buyers then see your business details, and consumer law applies to your sales: clear total price, pre-contractual information, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales and the legal guarantee of conformity.

Concealing a business behind a private account is prohibited. Advertising of your own website or shop elsewhere is allowed only through the advertising options of the Platform.

7. Live shows

Only a Seller for whom the feature is switched on (by application or on request through support) may host a show; a Seller may switch live shows off for their account at any time.

Only the Seller's own items, honestly described, may be sold in a show; the same prohibitions as for listings apply. A bid, a Buy Now purchase or an accepted offer is an agreement between Buyer and Seller: the Platform is not a party to it and the parties settle between themselves.

The host must honour every deal struck in the show; the Buyer who won a lot must pay for it. Giveaways are free to enter, follow the law on prize promotions of the countries where they are offered, and the winner pays at most the delivery cost. The show's chat is moderated by the host and by the Platform; abuse, advertising of other sites and personal data are removed.

8. Messages and safety

Use the chat only to discuss the listing. Do not send spam, mass messages, offers of unrelated goods, or links to payment or “delivery” pages: such links are the most common fraud on classifieds sites. Never ask for or send card details, one-time codes or passwords.

Messages that look dangerous may be held back automatically until checked. If someone asks you to pay outside the agreed method, to follow a link or to share a code, stop the conversation and report it.

9. Reporting and what we do

Anyone, including without an account, can report a listing, a profile, a message or an advertisement with the “Report” button. Explain what is wrong and, if the content is illegal, why. Reports are confirmed by email and you are told the outcome.

Rights holders can report infringements of copyright, trademarks or designs in the same way or at admin@exgo.io. We act on reports promptly and proportionately — on copyright notices concerning Users in Ukraine within 24 hours; the Seller receives a statement of reasons and can appeal.

10. Sanctions

Depending on the seriousness of the breach and on whether it is repeated, we may refuse or remove a listing, limit its visibility, hold back a message, end a Paid Service, temporarily restrict posting or reporting, or block the account. The rules on repeated misuse, warnings and the length of suspensions are set out in the Terms of Service.

Fraud, illegal goods of a serious nature, child sexual abuse material, threats and impersonation lead to immediate blocking of the account and of accounts demonstrably used by the same person to continue the breach, with a statement of reasons and the right to appeal (Terms of Service, sections 13 and 16). Where the law requires it or a competent authority asks, we preserve data and hand it over to law enforcement.
