1. How to delete your account and data
In the app: sign in, open “Account” and at the bottom of the page tap “Delete account”, then confirm.
Or email admin@exgo.io from the address linked to your account with the subject “Data deletion”. We process the request and confirm completion by email.
2. What is deleted and when
Deleted: your profile (name, email, photo, phone), your listings and their photos, chat messages. Personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
Exception — data we are legally required to keep (e.g. transaction records and moderation decisions); it is kept only as long as the law requires and then deleted.
3. Facebook, Google or Apple sign-in
To revoke the app’s access to your social account: on Facebook — Settings → “Apps and Websites” → EXGO → “Remove”; on Google and Apple — in your account security settings. Then send a deletion request to admin@exgo.io and we erase the data received via that login.
