Yes. We use only the official APIs: the Telegram Bot API, the Viber Bot API and Meta's Cloud API and Messenger Platform. Your passwords never reach us; access tokens are stored encrypted.
Your account, as before: your bot, your number, your page. The reply comes from you, in the messenger they wrote in. EX & GO is not visible to them.
Nothing is deleted. New messages keep arriving and you can read everything; replying, connecting channels and auto-replies resume once you pay again.
Meta reviews every app that manages other businesses' messages. While that review runs, these three channels are marked "soon" in the cabinet; Telegram and Viber work right away.
