Terms of Service

1. The service

Big OLX is an online classifieds platform for posting, searching and browsing listings and messaging between users. The service is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

2. Account

Posting and messaging require an account (Google, Apple, Facebook or email sign-in). You are responsible for actions taken from your account and the accuracy of the data you provide. One user — one account.

3. Listings

A listing must describe a real item or service, be placed in the appropriate category and city, with truthful photos and price. Duplicates, spam and links intended to bypass the service are prohibited.

First listings of a new account go through moderation. The service may reject or remove listings that violate the rules.

4. Prohibited items

The list of prohibited items and services is on the Posting Rules page. Posting such listings leads to a ban without warning.

5. User-to-user transactions

All agreements, payments and hand-overs happen directly between users. The service does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items, the truthfulness of listings, or the parties' ability to perform.

6. Intellectual property

By posting content (text, photos) you confirm the right to use it and grant the service a non-exclusive license to use it to operate the platform (display, caching, promotion, product feeds).

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages caused by other users' actions, service unavailability or data loss.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new version.
